1 Q: Cant see the mouse arrow?
A: You may be using extended mode. If the mouse is on the main or secondary display and the mouse itself is available move the mouse once to the right or left.
2 Q: The image is not displayed and it is not displayed normally.
A: There is a possibility that the power supply is not sufficient. Connect an external power supply to the power supply TYPE-C.
3 Q: Im using a replacement adapter from an outlet but I cant get it.
