How to Use:
1. Attach Weight: Secure the desired weight using one of the following methods:
- Tie the weight securely to the end of the rope.
- Use with Stacker (loading pin) to easily stack and secure weight plates.
2. Grip the Stick: Hold the wooden stick with both hands either at waist height for a standard grip or elevate it to shoulder height to intensify your workout. This versatility allows you to target different muscle groups and adjust the difficulty level according to your fitness goals and preferences.
3. Roll Up: Rotate the stick to wind the rope and lift the weight engaging your forearm muscles.
4. Roll Down: Slowly unwind the rope lowering the weight in a controlled manner. Repeat the process for a thorough workout.
